If you have an ADA-defined disability and live within ¾ mile of the Red Line or White Line in Brattleboro you can request a ride by calling The Rockingham MOOver at least 24 hours in advance (excluding weekends and holidays) 7:45 am-4:30 pm. All ADA riders must be pre-approved by The Rockingham MOOver. If you have challenges with your hearing, please call Relay Vermont at 711. Please contact us to request alternative formats.
If you live within 1/4 mile of a deviated fixed route in the Wilmington Region, you can request a ride by calling The Wilmington MOOver at least 24 hours in advance (excluding weekends and holidays) 8:00 am-4:30 pm. Please contact us to request alternative formats.
To help us accurately determine your eligibility you will be asked to complete an application, attend an interview, and possibly participate in a functional assessment to determine whether you are eligible. You will be notified of your eligibility by letter. This decision will be made within 21 days of the date we receive your completed application. If a decision is not made within 21 days, we will provide you with service until a final decision is made.
You may download an application from the link below or call our office anytime during normal business hours to request an application.
All buses are equipped with lifts, kneelers, or ramps to assist riders who use wheelchairs or who have difficulty getting up and down the bus steps. Reserved spaces with securement straps are available for riders who use wheelchairs to provide a safe and secure ride. Priority seating is available for riders who have difficulty standing while the bus is moving.
